Return Policy

In-Store Returns:
All purchases can be returned within 14 days of purchase, unworn and with original tags, for store credit only.

Made to order items, swimwear, intimates, special orders, and clearance items are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned.

Holiday Return Policy:

All holiday gift purchases made between November 30 and December 25 may be returned within 30 days for store credit with a valid gift receipt.

Online Returns:
All online returns must be pre-approved by KIN & done within 7 days of receiving the package and the responsibilty for shipping a return is on the buyer.
